Triangle Pose, also known as Trikonasana, is a standing yoga posture that strengthens and stretches the legs, hips, and spine. To perform the pose, stand with your feet wide apart and turn your right foot out to a 90-degree angle. Extend your arms out to the sides, and then bend your right knee so that your right thigh comes close to parallel to the floor. Reach your right hand down to the floor beside your ankle, and raise your left arm up towards the ceiling. Keep your head facing forward and your gaze forward. Hold the pose for several breaths before returning to standing and repeating on the other side.
