There are many reasons to choose our classes. 1. Our ttc is certified by the standards of the leading international yoga body, Yoga Alliance. 2. The pace of the course is not as intense as in other 200-hour ttc’s in that many practices, especially the evening practices are used for restorative and relaxing yoga sessions and by live sound baths. 3. Because in addition to qualified teachers, we count on a certified support figure dedicated entirely to the students who can personally help and support each participant throughout the course. 4. Because our locations are among the most beautiful and breathtaking places on the exotic island of Tenerife. 5. Because our program includes teaching some musical instruments used in yoga sessions (such as the gong, singing bowls, handpan and many others) so as to provide students with an additional skill to use in life as a future yoga teacher. 6. Because our yoga teachers are extremely qualified and the teachings are accurate and clear. 7. Because we offer workshops with different practitioners to provide various viewpoints and a clear picture of different styles of yoga. 8. Because we offer a delicious vegan catering for dinner 6 times a week. 9. Because we provide the real tools to develop concrete skills to be able to teach yoga and make it a successful profession.
Our next two courses are from the 1st to the 21st of May 2023 and from the 26th November to 17th December 2023.
With our certification you will be a Certify Yoga Teacher 200 hours, and because we are a Yoga Alliance School, then you can register with Yoga Alliance, and so you become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). Yoga Alliance is the most important international organization of yoga so with us you can get more advantages as yoga teacher, getting more possibilities to work worldwide.
Our 200-hour yoga teacher training course is multilevel. You can start from zero knowledge of yoga or from an advanced level. It makes no difference because in this course you learn the basic fundamentals to be able to teach yoga and any starting level is fine.
Our school offers Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles.
Hatha yoga is ideal for those new to yoga. In Hatha there is a greater focus on the correct alignment of the various postures that are held for several breaths. Hatha yoga allows one to learn basic postures, which while simple bring numerous benefits to the body. Hatha yoga is beneficial against stress and tension, allows for increased concentration, lengthening the breath and achieving greater relaxation of the body and mind.
Vinyasa yoga is characterized by more dynamism, energy and fluidity of movement.
Each posture is specifically connected by breathing, and the transition between postures is a fundamental part of the practice. Vinyasa yoga improves balance and posture and brings benefits to muscles and joints. By also working on the breath, it also allows for greater stamina and releases great physical energy.
We suggest to take this course to people from 18 to 75 years old.
If you can’t attend the course for any reason, the 50% of the full course’s price will be strictly non-refundable. However, you can transfer the remaining amount to any other course of Ravi Marga Yoga within 3 year of the original course date, informing us 6 weeks in advance, so you will use the same initial amount to another of our courses in different dates.
