Federica Rogani became familiar with the concept of yoga and meditationfrom a very young age, due to her father, Sanskrit scholar and ex practitioner of Raja Yoga, according to the Ananda Marga movement. In the island of Tenerife, she gets the title of Ancient Yoga Teacher at the CEP (professional training center of Santa Cruz) in collaboration with Associaciòn Canarias De Yoga. In the same school she also gets the title of Reiki operator and adds the use of Tibetan bowls, Gong, Handpan and many other instruments, using the sound frequencies as therapy for emotional and physical blockages. Later, after obtaining the title of Operator of Energy Cleansing and Protection at NaturaNutre formation school Canarias, she attended the accreditation of Certified Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance RYS-200 (Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga) and the accreditation RYT-500 Yoga Alliance (Hatha, Vinyasa, Adaptive, Restorative, Gentle, Prenatal, Yin, Trauma-Informed, Nidra and Ayurveda) developing a deep interest about the anatomy of yoga and the biomechanics of the movements and continuing to study and practice with some of the most important educators and teachers in the international yoga scene like Leslie Kaminoff, Laruga Glaser and Joey Miles.
She currently works at Ravi Marga Yoga School at Finca El Quinto as CEO and lead trainer and she is studying for the graduation on Sport Sciences University faculty.
