Victor Sakshin, a multifaceted Yogi, Musician, and Ayurvedic Therapist, brings a rich tapestry of expertise in Integral Yoga, Nāda Yoga, and Ayurvedic therapy, with a specialized focus on Vedic Astrology (Jyotiṣa) and mantra healing. Holding both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Philosophy, Victor has, since 2008, devoted his life to the deep practice, rigorous study, and inspirational teaching of Yoga. His approach is profoundly rooted in meditation through mantras, the joy of ecstatic music, the exploration of perennial wisdom, and the practices of kundalini tantra. From 2014 to 2020, Victor immersed himself in the spiritual and musical discipline of dhrupad at a gurukula in India. Dhrupad is recognized as the oldest and most spiritual form of Indian classical music, focused on invoking meditative states and deep emotional expressions. Under the esteemed tutelage of the Gundecha Brothers, Victor honed his skills and deepened his spiritual practice, embodying the essence of Nāda Yoga.
Currently, Victor enriches the yoga teacher training courses at Ravi Marga Yoga School as the Nāda Yoga instructor, where his extensive knowledge and experience play a pivotal role. His teachings facilitate a profound connection with the inner self through sound, fostering a harmonious balance between body, mind, and spirit.
