Federica Rogani became familiar with the concept of yoga and meditation from day one, due to her father, Sanskrit scholar and practitioner of Raja Yoga. In the island of Tenerife, she gets the title of Hatha Yoga Teacher at the CEP (professional training center of Santa Cruz. Later she get passionate about Tibetan bowls, Gong, Handpan and many other instruments, using the sound frequencies as therapy for emotional and physical blockages. Fede attended the accreditation of Certified Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance RYS-200 (Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga) and the accreditation RYT-500 Yoga Alliance (Hatha, Vinyasa, Adaptive, Restorative, Gentle, Prenatal, Yin, Trauma-Informed, Nidra and Ayurveda) developing a deep interest about the anatomy of yoga and the biomechanics of the movements and continuing to study and practice with some of the most important educators and teachers in the international yoga scene like Leslie Kaminoff, Laruga Glaser, Ty Landrum, Petri Raisanen and Joey Miles.
