Why I should join this YTT?
Ariana De Leon
From an early age she began to work on body awareness through conscious movements, studying ballet and contemporary dance. In 2008 she meets the yoga for the first time and keep investigating, completing her first training in classical Hatha yoga and Kriya Yoga. In 2010 she begins to give classes to beginners and assist her teachers. In 2011 she moved to Madrid where she discovered Ashtanga Yoga and found in this method her ideal practice (John Scott one of her teachers). It is in 2018 where, looking to deepen the method and learn more deeply the origins of this practice, she travels to Thailand to train in Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Shala Phuket where she did 200h TTC in Ashtanga yoga, TTC in Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy for the spine. Since 2020 she lives in Tenerife where she teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Federica became familiar with the concept of yoga from day one, due to her father, Sanskrit scholar and ex practitioner of Raja Yoga. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-500, YACEP), Sound Therapist of Naad Yoga and founder of Ravi Marga Yoga School Tenerife. She studied and practiced with some of the most important educators in the international yoga scene like Leslie Kaminoff, Laruga Glaser, Petri Raisanen, Joey Miles and Ty Landrum. She is currently studying for the graduation on Sport Sciences University faculty. Fede has a systematic approach to teaching that provides a highly intentional and well structured experience for students to cultivate awareness of their body and mind. Authenticity is her highest core value.

Our next ytt in October is in the stunning Finca El Picacho in Tenerife Island.
With our certification you will be a Certify Yoga Teacher 200 hours, and because we are a Yoga Alliance School, then you can register with Yoga Alliance, and so you become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). Yoga Alliance is the most important international organization of yoga so with us you can get more advantages as yoga teacher, getting more possibilities to work worldwide.
Our 200-hour yoga teacher training course is multilevel. You can start from zero knowledge of yoga or from an advanced level. It makes no difference because in this course you learn the basic fundamentals to be able to teach yoga and any starting level is fine.
Our school offers Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga (Ashtanga based) and Naad Yoga styles.
Hatha yoga is ideal for those new to yoga. In Hatha there is a greater focus on the correct alignment of the various postures that are held for several breaths. Hatha yoga allows one to learn basic postures, which while simple bring numerous benefits to the body. Hatha yoga is beneficial against stress and tension, allows for increased concentration, lengthening the breath and achieving greater relaxation of the body and mind.
Vinyasa yoga is characterized by more dynamism, energy and fluidity of movement.
Each posture is specifically connected by breathing, and the transition between postures is a fundamental part of the practice. Vinyasa yoga improves balance and posture and brings benefits to muscles and joints. By also working on the breath, it also allows for greater stamina and releases great physical energy.
Naad Yoga is the yoga of sound. In Naad Yoga, the focus is on using sound, particularly through the practice of music, to explore and experience the divine essence within oneself and in the world. It involves the conscious use of sound, including vocal techniques, musical instruments, and rhythmic patterns, to create a harmonious balance and alignment of the body, mind, and spirit.
The practice of Naad Yoga incorporates elements from various disciplines, including music, meditation, mantra chanting, and breath control. It aims to awaken the inner self, expand consciousness, and promote self-realization. By engaging in the practice of Naad Yoga, individuals seek to attain a state of unity with the divine and tap into the transformative power of sound vibrations.
Any age from 18 to 70. We know how to adapt the practice to each person and the different personal needs and capacity.
If you can’t attend the course for any reason, the 50% of the full course’s price will be strictly non-refundable. However, you can transfer the remaining amount to any other course of Ravi Marga Yoga within 3 year of the original course date, informing us 6 weeks in advance, so you will use the same initial amount to another of our courses in different dates.
Yes you do have free time every Sunday! You can go hiking on the farm, a nice walk that passes through it to the top of the Peak of the Lazarus and discover from our private viewing the magnificent views that stretch from the coast of Punta del Hidalgo Low tide and on Tegueste and Tejina plateau surrounding the valley of vineyards near the Anaga rural Park, from where they leave many routes where visitors can enjoy nature at its best state. Beautiful beaches about 4 km from the Finca. The first Sunday we also offer a wonderful excursion in Kayak for all the participants.
We ALWAYS provide the participants with all the essential food such as vegetables, ecological fruits, pasta, cereals, legumes, bread, milk (both vegan and not), yogurt (both vegan and not), jam, water and juices. From Monday to Saturday we offer the dinner prepared by our vegan/vegetarian chefs. The participants will prepare the food themselves only for breakfast and lunch (and on Sunday when we have no excursions), helping each other and so practicing Karma Yoga (helping each other with no expectations).
