Our next Yoga Teacher Training will be in Tenerife from the 1st to the 21st of November. 21 days from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day, studying and practicing Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

Course general Info

An exclusive 21-day Yoga Teacher Training with the certification as Yoga Teacher 200 h accredited by Yoga Alliance, immersed in the nature of Tenerife, within the beautiful Villa Irina in El Sauzal coast.

A complete Yoga program, from philosophy and history, anatomy,  techniques and practices with a lens on Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

A journey to discover yourself, learning how to listen to your body and your needs, mastering the power of your mind and being present in the here and now.

It is a path that gives you the opportunity to get the professional skills teaching yoga. Ravi Marga Yoga is committed to the professional education for yoga teachers with a clear, extremely professional and very accurate program. About the teachers, indeed, we count also on the knowledge and experience of a Certified Yoga Therapist, to provide students with an understanding of yoga from a more therapeutic point of view and thus even more professional and able to help all kinds of practitioners more closely.

Purpose

This training course aims to provide a technical and cultural background of Yoga that one can use for deepening the knowledge of the various aspects of this discipline as a personal growth and/or preparing for teaching.

The purpose of the course is to train teachers in the various aspects of this traditional discipline, with a solid base of theoretical knowledge, a good command of psychophysical techniques and a safe teaching methodology.

The very essence of yogic teaching is free from any dogmatic closure and does not preclude or provide for any personal religious affiliation.

Our goal is to create qualified Yoga teachers, self-aware and capable of teaching with humility and dedication.

Where

Featuring an outdoor luxury swimming pool,a Jacuzzi, a beautiful garden, and an ocean breathtaking view. Villa Irina is situated in El Sauzal coast, 3 km from the center of Sauzal.

Villa Irina is divided into three large areas: the large main house, where we were able to repurpose the giant living room to yoga shala (the yoga room) and where we find the main kitchen, two double bedrooms with twin beds and its respective two bathrooms. The second area is the villa’s beautiful garden, filled with typical Canarian plants and flowers and right next to a lemon tree, we find the small wooden studio with its two single beds and its own bathroom. The third and last area of the property is the pool area. Here we find a huge pool and jacuzi for relaxing moments, a large veranda kitchen with incredible ocean view, and a little house where there are three rooms and a bathroom. The three rooms in the pool house are divided into: the living room that offers three single beds and two rooms with double beds that are ideal for couples or those who prefer the private single room with the king-size bed. Although the bathroom inside the pool house is only one, just outside the house is another bathroom. However, its shower is located outside. Next to the pool are nice outdoor tables with the various umbrellas and also overlooking the ocean.

Villa Irina offer two fully equipped kitchens that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge an oven and…an incredible ocean view to the El Sauzal coast! Towels and bed linen are offered.

The villa has also a stunning terrace ocean view next to the pool. 

Puerto de la Cruz is 11.3 km from the accommodation, while the Capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife is 19.3 km from the property. The nearest airport is Tenerife Norte Airport, 9.7 km from Villa Irina.

El Sauzal is a municipality in northern Tenerife, between Tacoronte and La Matanza. With views towards Mount Teide and the Atlantic ocean, this municipality has a rugged landscape with slopes of up to 30º, and its perimeter measures 24 km (15 mile) all the way round. It ranges from the coast, with staggering cliffs, up to an altitude of 1,507 m (4,945 ft) above sea level. The ravine of Las Mejías runs down the middle of the municipality, as does the TF-5 motorway, which divides it into the areas of El Ravelo in the hills and El Casco by the sea. The average annual temperature in El Sauzal is 20.5 ºC (69 ºF).
